It is hard to believe the last time myself and co-host Lance Williams hosted the Pittsburgh Steelers podcast 'The Standard is the Standard' was before the AFC Wild Card game where the Steelers saw their season end at the hands of arch rival Baltimore Ravens.

To say there is a lot to talk about since we last graced the airwaves is a gigantic understatement. There is free agency, Ben Roethlisberger's new contract, Le'Veon Bell's suspension, the upcoming draft and the recent 2015 NFL Schedule...just to name a few.
