Steelers started LaMarr Woodley on the right side, Jason Worilds on the left

Credit the Steelers with making the right decision for the team.

Give the Steelers credit, it was a nice display of sleight of hand.

Steelers outside linebacker LaMarr Woodley said he would be starting on the defensive left side, his customary position, upon his return after missing three games with a calf injury. Jason Worilds had dominated the Steelers' last three opponents, starting at left outside linebacker in place of Woodley.

At the start of the Steelers' Week 14 game against the Miami Dolphins, Worilds was on the left side, and Woodley was on the right.

How much impact it will have remains to be seen, but if nothing else, don't call the Steelers incapable of making decisions for the good of the team. It shouldn't matter which side each of them are coming from, and it very well may not by the end of it. But the fact Worilds has the hot hand at that spot makes it a sensible move, and one that hopefully pays off.
