This Sunday when the Cincinnati Bengals invade Heinz Field, the Pittsburgh Steelers will have a unique look about them in this Week 8 AFC North matchup. This weekend the Steelers will be donning their 1934 "bumble bee" throwback uniforms for the first, and only, time in 2015.
The Steelers have been extremely successful in the uniforms since they started wearing the '34 uniforms three seasons ago. In fact, the Steelers are 3-1 when wearing the throwbacks, and their most recent victory in 2014 was a memorable one as they dominated the Indianapolis Colts in these uniforms. It was the first of two games where Ben Roethlisberger was threw six touchdown passes in a single game.
The Steelers are hoping their good luck continues in these 'duds' as the undefeated Bengals are looking to put a big nail in the Steelers' coffin in terms of their hopes of winning the AFC North division in 2015.
