Pittsburgh Steelers Friday Night 5 questions and open thread

It's a week until Christmas, and the Steelers are preparing for the Denver Broncos. Seems like a great time to discuss some of the aspects of the upcoming game in the Friday Night 5 questions and open thread!

Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome back to another edition of the BTSC Friday Night 5 questions and open thread. There are exactly 6 shopping days until Christmas, so if you are a procrastinator, you might want to get started sooner than later! For those who might be new to this BTSC tradition, the rules are simple: State your beverage, answer the questions to the best of your ability in the comment section, watch those shots below the belt and please avoid conversation about Sean Mahan's tenure at center for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

With that said, let's get this party started right...

1. The Steelers will host the Denver Broncos on Sunday at 4:25. This is the best defense the Steelers have faced all season. Draw up a game plan to put up points on the No. 1 defense in the league.

2. Ben Roethlisberger is on top of his game, and no surprise the offense is thriving. Who would be your "dark horse" to make an impact for the offense in this Week 15 game?

3. Heinz Field will be rocking on Sunday, especially when "Renegade" is played. Simple yes or no question, do you believe in the power of "Renegade"?

4. If the Steelers beat the Broncos on Sunday, they will be heavy favorites in their final two games. Which game of the two scares you the most for a team which could upset Pittsburgh on their way to the postseason?

5. It has been a long time since Mike Tomlin declared the Steelers would "Unleash hell in the month of December". Better late than never, but the team is doing just that. Which factor do you contribute to the team's late season success?

That's all folks...enjoy the weekend and be sure to check back throughout the weekend as we have some great content on tap leading up to the season's biggest game to date. Also, be sure to watch the greatest Christmas movie ever made...Die Hard.
