Steelers fans can come to Canton to watch Jerome Bettis inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Then, they can stay to watch the Steelers take on the Vikings in the first preseason game of the year.
The Steelers announced Wednesday they'll kick off at 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio against the Vikings.
Bettis was selected for induction before the Super Bowl, his fifth ballot for which he was eligible.
The Steelers last met the Vikings on neutral ground.
Minnesota defeated the Steelers 34-27 at Wembley Stadium in London in Week 4 of the 2013 season.
The Steelers headed back stateside at 0-4, one of the worst starts in franchise history. They would finish the year 8-4, and after a division championship season in 2014, the Steelers are 19-9 in their next 28 games since losing to the Vikings.
It was also the start of the career of Le'Veon Bell, who missed the first three games of the 2013 season.
