The Pittsburgh Steelers were back to work Tuesday with their 4th Organized Team Activity (OTAs) of the 2015 offseason. There was plenty of news and notes coming out of today's session. Take a look at what you might have missed:
Gardner takes snaps at QB
On a day Devin Gardner took snaps at QB, it was Tajh Boyd who I noticed.

The former Michigan QB, Devin Gardner, took snaps at QB Tuesday, but as reported by Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, it was Tajh Boyd who turned heads. Boyd, Gardner and former Boston College QB Tyler Murphy will be competing to try and grab the Steelers' No. 3 quarterback job from Landry Jones this offseason.

Take a look at this video posted by Tribune-Review Steelers beat writer Mark Kaboly showing defensive lineman hitting the sled from Tuesday's practice session. Take a look at Daniel McCullers at the end of the video. The big man looks to have not only slimmed down, but the power he possesses is impressive. If Coach Mitchell can get 'Big Dan' to keep his pad level low, he could be a force.
Another Gold Star for the Steelers
As I stated in a previous OTA recap, we at BTSC give the team a gold star for perfect attendance at their OTA workouts. This would make their 3rd gold star out of 4 workouts. The only non-perfect attendance was when rookie WR Sammie Coates missed a session last week to attend the NFLPA Rookie Premiere in Los Angeles, CA.
Return of 'Da Beard'
Brett Keisel at OTAs today. The Beard grows back quickly. #midseasonform

Former Steelers DE Brett Keisel returned to the Steelers' South Side practice facility to take in the OTA session. It was unknown whether Keisel was helping out, as Ike Taylor did last week, but as Chris Bradford points out his beard was in midseason form.

I came to realization today that the Steelers are 5-11 team without Roethlisberger and 11-5 with him. Not sure if any team has larger gap
