The next time you hear Carrie Underwood singing, "I've been waiting all day for Sunday night!" you will have to keep your eyes peeled for none other than the Steelers' Pro Bowl wide receiver Antonio Brown. Normally NBC chooses representatives from all teams who will be on Sunday Night Football (SNF) throughout the season to be a part of the promo, and with the Steelers on SNF more than once, it was Brown who was selected.

Brown is an easy choice to represent the Steelers in the promo as he was the best wide receiver in the league, and has been for at least the past two seasons. There were other options to represent the Steelers in the promo. Ben Roethlisberger has done it in the past, and Pro Bowl running back Le'Veon Bell could have been the selection, but with his suspension leaving him absent for the opening kickoff game (on NBC), NBC probably chose Brown by default.
An exciting part of the biggest night of the week for NFL football, and just another reason why football season can't get here soon enough.
