Who would have thought there were logos created to commemorate a team traveling to a specific destination for their annual training camp. Well, that is exactly what has happened with the Pittsburgh Steelers organization who will be celebrating 50 years at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA as their home for a few weeks every Summer for the team's training camp.

If those practice fields could talk, they would talk about Chuck Noll turning a bumbling bunch of men into a dynasty. Of Casey Hampton failing the run test seemingly on a yearly basis. Of Bill Cowher and Jerome Bettis starting the journey for the ever elusive 'one for the thumb', and of course Mike Tomlin and Ben Roethlisberger putting their own stamp on Steelers' history.

If you've never made the trek to Latrobe, it is certainly worth the time. You not only get to see the players and coaches up close and personal, but you also get a glimpse of what makes an NFL team great. Other than Heinz Field, Latrobe, PA should be the next stop on your Pittsburgh Steelers bucket list.
