As expected, the Pittsburgh Steelers have brought WR Tyler Murphy back into the organization after his release Wednesday. The team announced they have signed Murphy to the practice squad, while releasing WR Isaiah Burse to make room for Murphy on the practice squad.

The Steelers were forced to release a player upon Le'Veon Bell's return from suspension heading into the Week 3 matchup against the St. Louis Rams. When Murphy was released it was expected he would be re-signed, but had to clear waivers before the team could officially bring him back.
The Steelers will be in the same situation in 2 weeks when Martavis Bryant returns from suspension and the team will have to release a player to get their roster to the league mandated 53 players.
The Steelers (1-1) will travel to the Edward Jones Dome Sunday to play the Rams (1-1) for a 1:00 p.m. EDT kickoff.
