Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was forced to watch his teammates lose to the Denver Broncos in the divisional round of the AFC Playoffs. And as they fell 23-16 on a day they certainly could have used Brown, rather than sulk over the disappointment of ending the season on the sidelines, Brown took to Twitter to thank fans for a great season.

Brown suffered a concussion in the team's 18-16 Wild Card win against the Cincinnati Bengals when linebacker Vontaze Burfict targeted his head while he went over the middle to make a catch. Despite the way his season ended, Brown has put together arguably the best trio of seasons of any wide receiver in NFL history.

In the past 3 seasons, Brown has caught 375 passes for 5,031 yards and 31 touchdowns. His 2015 season was the best of the three as he caught 136 passes for 1,834 yards and 10 touchdowns -- all without Ben Roethlisberger at quarterback for almost 5 complete games due to injury.
