Pittsburgh Steelers Friday night 5 questions and open thread

The Steelers season is over, and after a brief hiatus it is time to get back to the Friday night 5 questions and open thread...

Its over. The Pittsburgh Steelers 2015 traumatic and dramatic season is officially over, and while only steps away from their ultimate goal of representing the AFC in Super Bowl 50, most fans are still very optimistic about the future of the team in 2016 and beyond.

I admit I looked like Markus Wheaton trying to return a punt in Denver in regards to staying up on the Friday night 5 questions, but better late than never, right?! Time to get back into the swing of things. If you are new to this party, the rules are simple. State your beverage for the evening, keep things respectful, avoid rabbit punches and shots below th belt and please refrain from discussing the thought of Tom Brady playing in another Super Bowl.

Let's get this party started right...

1. The Steelers didn't make the Super Bowl, but what is the one area the team needs to improve upon before next season which isn't the secondary?

2. How do you see Conference Championship weekend playing out? As for me, I unfortunately like the New England Patriots to play the Carolina Panthers in a few weeks.

3. How much interest do you have in collegiate All-Star games like the East vs. West game, Senior Bowl, etc? Or are you the type who will just wait until the Draft to see who the Steelers pick?

4. If there is ONE free agent you have to choose to keep on the current list, who is your pick and why?

5. If James Harrison decides to retire/isn't asked back, will the Steelers be able to survive a season with Jarvis Jones, Arthur Moats and Bud Dupree, and another likely player to be named later, as their outside linebackers?

As the mid-atlantic is being pummeled with snow, I need to go shovel -- again. Have a great weekend folks, and don't forget to check back to BTSC daily for the best Steelers coverage on the internet!
