NFL releases Super Bowl 50 "Golden Team", 8 Steelers represented on the All-Star team

The Pittsburgh Steelers are home to one of the greatest dynasty in all of sports. The 1970s Steelers weren't just trailblazers, they dominated the game for nearly an entire decade, winning 4 Super Bowls in 6 seasons. The list of members of the team and organization who are now enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame is long, and a large reason when the NFL released their "Golden Team" for Super Bowl 50 there were 8 Steelers players and coaches, the most of any team, who made the fictional All-Star team.

The Super Bowl 50 Golden Team roster consists of one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, two offensive tackles, two guards, one center, two interior defensive linemen, two defensive ends, two inside linebackers, two outside linebackers, two cornerbacks, two safeties, one kicker, one punter, and one return specialist. One head coach has also been chosen.
