The Pittsburgh Steelers might have won the game against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4, but they lost a significant member of their offensive line, and possibly for a significant amount of time.
Per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Gilbert underwent an MRI on his foot/ankle, and was seen at the team's facility wearing a boot.
Right tackle Marcus Gilbert has undergone an MRI on his foot/ankle injury. Foot's in a boot. He could miss some time but nothing definitive

The results of the MRI will certainly show the actual extent of the damage done to the foot/ankle area after he was rolled up on during the team's 43-14 win Sunday night. Whenever someone mentions a foot injury, thoughts of Senquez Golson and his Lisfranc injury typically run through their heads, but those who might think that should wait to find out the status of the injury from head coach Mike Tomlin at his Tuesday press conference.
If Gilbert is out for a significant amount of time, the Steelers would insert Ryan Harris at right tackle, and Harris was listed on the injury report following the game with a hematoma on his leg. Either way, if Gilbert is going to be a long-term injury there is a chance the Steelers search the waiver wire for a tackle who can back up both Harris and Alejandro Villanueva.
