The time has finally come.
No more ankle rehab.
No more concussion rumors.
No more individual workouts on a side field while the rest of the team is working hard on their craft.
The Pittsburgh Steelers have finally activated their prized free agent acquisition, Ladarius Green, to the 53-man active roster.
Steelers activate let Ladarius Green off the PUP list. Cut LJ Fort.

To make room on the roster for Green, the team released L.J. Fort. There was speculation as to when this move would be made, and after the bye week and another full week of practice, the Steelers feel Green is ready to be a part of the team on game day.
The Steelers now have 4 tight ends on their roster, which certainly makes you wonder just how big of a role Green will have on the field with Jesse James, Xavier Grimble and David Johnson all vying for playing time.
The Steelers play the Dallas Cowboys at Heinz Field at 4:25 p.m. EDT, which will be the first time Green dons the black and gold in his young NFL career.
