The Pittsburgh Steelers have won two games in a row, and are early home favorites vs. the New York Giants in Week 13.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have won two games in a row. Some will dispute the opponent in those matchups, but two wins are two wins, regardless of who they play. Their Week 13 opponent, the New York Giants, have quite a streak of their own going, as they have won six games in a row.

After a three game losing streak, the Giants have been one of the hottest teams in the NFL heading into the upcoming slate of games, and the Steelers hope to emulate the same type of success after they lost four games in a row earlier this season.

Despite the Giants’ recent success, the Steelers are home favorites in this Week 13 game at Heinz Field, per BookMaker. More specifically, the Steelers are seen as 4.5-point favorites in the interconference matchup.

Some might see this line as a surprise, but Vegas usually gives 2.5 to 3-points for home field advantage, and that seems about right. For the Steelers, they are a dramatically better team at home, compared to when they take their show on the road.

Nonetheless, Vegas is giving the Steelers the early points, and fans should remember these odds are used to move money, not as a prediction of the outcome. However, the line can change, so if you like the Steelers chances of winning by 5-points, or more, on Sunday you might want to head to the window before things change.
