Williams brothers prepare for head-to-head battle in Week 14 game between the Bills and Steelers

It isn't the first time brothers have faced one another in the NFL, but the matchup between the Bills and Steelers will have a unique dynamic to it in Week 14.

There is a long line of brothers who are in the NFL at the same time. Ronde and Tiki Barber, Peyton and Eli Manning and Chris and Kyle Long, just to name a few. There is a lesser known pair of siblings who will be going head-to-head in 2016 when the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers face off in Buffalo.

What is unique about Vince Williams for Pittsburgh and his brother Karlos Williams for Buffalo would be the positions the two played. Sure, Ronde Barber could tackle Tiki Barber in the secondary, but Karlos very well could be running straight down hill at his brother as an inside linebacker for the black and gold.

Although being a backup in 2015, Williams still sees the field on specific occasions, and he is continually lauded for his run-stopping ability. This simple fact makes the upcoming matchup even more intriguing. What could make it even more interesting? How about a little friendly banter on social media between the two players.

Karlos posted this tweet on his verified account when the 2016 NFL schedule was released to the public on Thursday.

Not to be outdone, Vince had the following counter-point.

The two are having some fun with the matchup next season, but anyone who has a sibling who plays a competitive sport knows when the whistle blows the last thing you want is to look like a fool at the professional level. Makes you wonder who would get the best of whom if Karlos and Vince met in the running lane...my money is on Vince.
