Anyone fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers with an Instagram account likely follows outside linebacker James Harrison. Harrison posts pictures of his children, dogs, workout shakes, but mostly insane workout videos. Harrison loves to show fans just how dedicated he is to taking care of his body, and how important the team means to him both in season, and in the offseason.
Recently, Robert Golden saw Harrison post a video of him using a squat machine. Golden, like most fans, counted the number of plates on the machine, and then took to his own Instagram account with the following message:
Of course Harrison responded to Golden's video, and to say the challenge is just getting started might be an understatement. In fact, it might be safe to say anyone who wants to challenge Harrison in this fashion might want to think twice.
Even teammate Ramon Foster saw the back-and-forth between the two Steelers and just had to chime in.
This Instagram sequence seems far from over, and it might be get more interesting with more players getting involved. At least it provides some humor to an otherwise slow offseason.
