The NFL has made their decision on James Harrison, Clay Matthews and Julius Peppers being indicated in the Al-Jazeera PED report, and they cleared all players of any wrong doing due to a lack of "credible evidence".

The Pittsburgh Steelers OLB has been the most vocal of the trio of current NFL players against the fact the NFL was even going to investigate such ludicrous accusations made in a debunked report. Nonetheless, when the NFL threatened to suspend the players for not cooperating with the investigation they had no other choice but to meet with the league regarding the situation, and the report.
With this news, a story which at one time was the most talked about scandal in the sports scene, now completely vanishes...just like Harrison suggested would happen when the story originally broke midway through the 2015 season, and throughout the preseason.
