In terms of a low-risk trade, the Pittsburgh Steelers deal with the Cleveland Browns for former first round draft pick Justin Gilbert would certainly be considered one of those. Per Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network the Steelers gave the Browns a 2018 6th round draft pick...for a former first round pick.
The #Browns traded former first-round CB Justin Gilbert to the #Steelers for a 6th rounder in 2018, source said.

Gilbert has bee injured, and his desire has been questioned, but the Steelers gave up very little for a potentially dynamic playmaker.
This trade isn't for a player who is expected to step into the system and start from Day 1, but a player with experience who could contribute on a team with Super Bowl aspirations. This will be quite the change of scenery for Gilbert, and it could be just what the doctor ordered for him to regain the form which saw him drafted in the first round in the 2014 NFL Draft.
