When it comes to Pittsburgh Steelers legends, Troy Polamalu would certainly be a part of the list. However, since his somewhat forced retirement, there has been a great deal of friction between the two parties.

You don’t hear much from Polamalu, but he sporadically makes appearances for events here and there. A few years ago he was inducted into the Polynesian Hall of Fame, and Saturday he was inducted into the University of Southern California Hall of Fame.

As Polamalu continues to be honored for his time on the gridiron, you have to wonder just how long it will take him to be inducted into the ultimate Hall of Fame — The Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Polamalu is eligible for the Hall of Fame in 2020, which begs the question: Is Polamalu a first-ballot Hall of Famer? Feel free to debate in the comment section below, and be sure to keep tabs on the black-and-gold throughout the bye week, and beyond, with BTSC.
