If you follow DeAngelo Williams on social media, you know how much he loves professional wrestling. The former Pittsburgh Steelers running back is constantly talking about everything from WWE Wrestlemania to TNA Impact events.
As was reported about a month ago, Williams made his debut in the squared circle, and he didn’t look all that bad doing so.
Check out the video:

Williams also got some props from several professional wrestlers on his work leading up to the big event.
For all you guys that said @DeAngeloRB trained for 2 months for Slammiversary...... how about 3 days #Legend

SO impressive.
(Your turn @garybarnidge.)
Is this the future for Williams? He has been mum on his future in the NFL, but hasn’t officially retired from the gridiron yet. There are many who believe he is an emergency running back for a team like Pittsburgh if they were to somehow suffer an injury at the position.
In the meantime, Williams looks to be in great shape, and having a blast throughout his unemployment.
