Pittsburgh Steelers fans, and some players, aren’t very happy with their All-Pro running back Le’Veon Bell. Due to his training camp “holdout”, Bell is in Florida, while the rest of the organization is at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA — grinding.
While some may believe Bell will be behind for missing so much time, the veteran running back might not be with teammates, like Ben Roethlisberger and the offensive line, but he is certainly getting prepared for the season.
On Bell’s official SnapChat, he has posted several workouts showing him working on his acceleration, agility and quickness, all attributes which make Bell such a unique, and special, talent.
It also gives visual evidence that Bell’s groin seems to be at 100-percent and ready for the rigors of the NFL season.
Take a look at some screen shots of Bell putting in work on his own:
Gauging from some of the conversation on social media, you would think people thought Bell was sitting on a couch watching TV, rapping, and eating junk food.
Quite the contrary.
Bell isn’t stupid, and knows just what will make him the most money after the 2017 season. He needs to have a tremendous year which leaves the Steelers no option other than to pay him whatever ridiculous amount he requests for his unique skill set at the position.
When will Bell finally report to the Steelers? Only Bell knows that answer, but if I were to guess, Bell reports when the Steelers break camp and head back to the friendly confines of their UPMC Rooney Practice Facility, after two preseason games.
He is missing some valuable time with his teammates and coaches, but Bell looks to be ready for the upcoming season.
