Things are escalating quickly with the Pittsburgh Steelers and new free agent cornerback Joe Haden. After rumors swirling of the Steelers’, and many other teams’, interest, the two parties are set to meet in North Carolina while the team prepares to play the Carolina Panthers Thursday night in Week 4 of the preseason.
Steelers scheduled to land in Charlotte in a few hours. Both @RapSheet and I are told Joe Haden expected to meet them there.

The Steelers will have the first shot at Haden, the question is whether not he will be leaving Charlotte with a contract, or looking for employment elsewhere.
If you have been a doubter of the Steelers’ interest in Haden, you might want to become a believer as it sounds Haden could be a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers sooner than later.
