The Pittsburgh Steelers had to make room on their roster after Le’Veon Bell signed his franchise tag tender, and thanks to the NFL giving the team a two week grace period to activate him to the active roster, they were able to create the space necessary to accomodate him.

The team did just that, a day before the team’s Week 1 game vs. the Cleveland Browns.

Steven Johnson, who was released and then signed again after the team cut their roster from 90 to 53, was released from the team again.

With the move, the Steelers’ 53-man roster is complete, and now fans can move onto questions like is Bud Dupree going to suit up in Cleveland tomorrow?
