The Pittsburgh Steelers were back to practice Wednesday, and while it was a welcome sight to see Ben Roethlisberger and company back on the practice field, the team got a truly pleasant surprise when Antonio Brown was on the field catching passes from a jugs machine.
Per team source: Antonio Brown was out catching passes from the Jugs machine on Tuesday, another indication his progress is, according to Mike Tomlin, going well.

Mike Tomlin said at his weekly press conference if the Steelers played this week, which they obviously don’t, both Antonio Brown and B.J. Finney would be considered ‘Questionable’.
Tomlin also talked about how Brown is progressing nicely through his rehabilitation, and him being on the practice field certainly demonstrates this taking place, even in baby steps.
If you follow Brown on SnapChat, you see the amount of treatment he has received on his injured calf at almost all hours of the day. Everything from a type of elctro-therapy, to massages and stimulation.
Brown’s teammates feel confident No. 84 will be back in the lineup when the bullets start flying, and even an 80-percent Brown is better than most wide receivers who are still playing in the postseason.
Stay tuned to more news on this story, and others, as the Steelers continue to prepare for the AFC Playoffs.
