Pittsburgh Steelers provide four players on First Team All-Pro roster

The Pittsburgh Steelers were well-represented on the 2017 All-Pro team.

NFL: New England Patriots at Pittsburgh Steelers Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

The Pittsburgh Steelers had more Pro Bowl players than any other NFL team this year; they also did pretty well on the 2017 All-Pro Team (Rams edged them due to outstanding special teams play, where they took 3 of the 5 positions).

Cameron Heyward, who was snubbed from the Pro Bowl roster, made first team All-Pro. Le’Veon Bell made both 1st AND 2nd team - 1st team as a FLEX player, and 2nd team as the running back. Antonio Brown was the ONLY unanimous choice at any position on this year’s All-Pro roster. And David DeCastro put together one of the finest seasons for a guard in Steelers’ history, and was rewarded with the All-Pro designation.

The 4 Steelers players were the second most by any NFL team, and this speaks volumes about the team, compared to the fan-led Pro Bowl voting. Take a look at the full 1st and 2nd team rosters below:
