Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl odds steady after initial wave of free agency

When Super Bowl 52 concluded with the Philadelphia Eagles raising the Lombardi trophy for the first time in franchise history, Las Vegas got to work on their updated odds for Super Bowl 53. For the Pittsburgh Steelers, this was a let down.

After a demoralizing defeat to the Jacksonville Jaguars at Heinz Field in the AFC Playoffs, there wasn’t much hope for the black-and-gold in the 2018-2019 season. However, after releasing some players who many considered dead weight, and added a pair of players in Jon Bostic and Morgan Burnett at key positions — hope has returned among the fan base.
