This week’s focus: FOCUS. On-the-field leaders wanted! Here’s my question for @sbnation: http://t.co/DP2hjWd7xN #GMCPlaybook

"Who's the one leader who helps keep your team focused on the field," asks Hall of Fame running back Marshall Faulk.
While it's unclear who's going to fill that role on a permanent basis this season, it is, and should be, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. The quarterback is the captain and, by default, his role is to lead the team on the field. He managed to do that in Week 1, leading a final drive in a tied game with two completions to wide receiver Markus Wheaton.
Off of the field, success is also determined Monday through Saturday, however. In that role, it's important to note Steelers defensive end Brett Keisel, who was helping coach the Steelers' defensive linemen in practice Wednesday. His experience and presence are big reasons why the Steelers brought him back this season. While the line itself has seen better days, showing the younger and newer players how the Steelers defense works is only going to bring positive things in the future.
Can both sides of the ball lead well enough on and off the field for the Steelers to rebound from a tough Week 2 loss at Baltimore? The Steelers are at Carolina on Sunday Night Football taking on the 2-0 Panthers.
