Mike Tomlin met with the media following the game to discuss injuries, expectations and some pats on the backs for several players who performed well not only during the game Thursday, but also throughout the preseason. Hear who got the praise, and who got the scorn of the head coach.

Michael Vick has only been with the Steelers a little over a week, but has been thrust into a position where he was seeing playing time with the backups on Thursday. Hear what Vick thought of his performance, and the reception from the Heinz Field crowd.

Landry Jones left the Panthers game with an apparent head injury. Hear from the backup quarterback in regards to his injury, his performance in the game, the nice deep throw he had to rookie Sammie Coates and his ability to put his personal goals aside to help Michael Vick get acclimated to the Todd Haley offense.

Josh Scobee was able to get his first taste of Heinz Field kicking as a member of the Steelers Thursday, and he talked about how making those two field goals was a great way to boost his confidence heading into the regular season. He asks about the now 'closed' end zone and how it might impact kicks, and talks about his goals every time he tees the ball up for a kickoff.
