The Pittsburgh Steelers were dealt a difficult blow in the AFC Championship game against the Cincinnati Bengals in the third quarter when quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was injured after taking a sack by Vontaze Burfict late in the third quarter.
#Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger has a right shoulder injury & has been taken to the locker room to be evaluated. His return is questionable.

The injury was labeled as a right shoulder injury, and Roethlisberger clearly wasn't moving his shoulder when he was carted off the field. When he left the game, the Steelers had a 15-0 lead as the game turned to the fourth quarter.
Backup quarterback Landry Jones will take over for Roethlisberger for the immediate future, until there is announcement on Roethlisberger's status for the remainder of the game. After the sack, Cincinnati drove down the field and Jeremy Hill scored a touchdown to make the score 15-7 left in the game.
