The Pittsburgh Steelers cannot afford an injury to DeAngelo Williams, but that is exactly what happened in the first half of the Week 17 game against the Cleveland Browns.

The Pittsburgh Steelers were dealt a tough blow in the first half of their Week 17 game when DeAngelo Williams left the game with an apparent lower leg injury.

Williams was carted off the field, and there has been no update on the extent of the injury. Fitzgerald Toussaint will replace Williams in the lineup, and the Steelers ground game will take a huge hit for the second time this season after already losing their All Pro running back Le'Veon Bell earlier this season with a knee injury.

Williams' injury is labeled as a right ankle injury and his return to the game is listed as questionable.

UPDATE: Williams has been ruled OUT for the rest of the game.
