The Pittsburgh Steelers returned to work Wednesday in preparation of the Indianapolis Colts coming to Pittsburgh in Week 13 to play at Heinz Field on Sunday Night Football, and despite trying to move passed the Seattle Seahawks loss in Week 12, their impact is being felt on the Steelers injury report.

There was good news, other than Ben Roethlisberger being a full participant in practice, and Ryan Shazier, who is recovering from a concussion, being a limited participant in practice is a good sign of the inside linebacker recovering from his head injury. Whether Shazier clears protocol has yet to be seen, but his participation is a step in the right direction. Sean Spence (hamstring) was the only other limited participant in practice.

As for the players who missed practice, Martavis Bryant (hip), Heath Miller (ribs), Mike Mitchell (knee) and Matt Spaeth (knee) all didn't practice. Bryant, Spaeth and Mitchell are expected to play Sunday, but Heath Miller's rib injury could leave him out of the lineup depending on how his body handles the pain of a rib injury.

The Steelers practice Thursday and Friday leading up to the game against the Colts this Sunday, be sure to check back to BTSC for the latest on the injury front.
