Steelers Injury Report: A one man injury report is the greatest news coming out of the bye week

The Pittsburgh Steelers have had their share of injuries, and after their Week 11 bye week having just one name on the injury report is music to the ears of Steelers Nation.

The laundry list of Pittsburgh Steelers who have missed at least one game due to injury could look like pieces of a NFL All Star team. Le'Veon Bell, Ben Roethlisberger, Ryan Shazier, Stephon Tuitt, Maurkice Pouncey and Shaun Suisham, to name a few. In other words, for those who didn't have season-ending injuries, the Week 11 bye week came at the perfect time.

How perfect was the bye week? The injury report, which consisted of nearly 10 players leading into the Week 10 game against the Cleveland Browns, is now a list of one. When Mike Tomlin addressed the media Tuesday for his weekly press conference, only Matt Spaeth (knee) was listed as a player who was still dealing with an injury which carried over from the week off. Even with being the sole member of the team named on the injury report, Spaeth practiced Monday with his teammates.

Tomlin did not address why Ryan Shazier and Martavis Bryant did not practice Monday, but if they were injury related he would be obligated to list them on the team's injury report.

The Pittbsurgh Steelers are as healthy as they have been since Week 1, and although bumps and bruises which come from 10 NFL games still exist, the team is as healthy as they are going to get with 6 games remaining on their 2015 schedule. Will the team be able to put the pieces of the puzzle together in time for a playoff push? They certainly can make a statement by beating the Seattle Seahawks on the road in Week 12.
