The Pittsburgh Steelers have wrapped up another practice in preparation for the St. Louis Rams this Sunday in the Edward Jones Dome, and the list of starters missing practice has grown since Wednesday.
Pract Rept: McCullers (knee), Shazier (shoulder), WR Wheaton (chest) did not practice. CB CAllen (knee), DE Heyward (elbow) were limited

As reported by Bob Labriola of Steelers.com, Daniel McCullers (knee) and Ryan Shazier (shoulder) were held out of practice for the second straight day, and while William Gay returned to practice, Markus Wheaton (chest) was held out of practice for the first time this week.
Cortez Allen, who missed the 49ers game due to a knee injury, returned to practice as a full participant Wednesday, but was limited with the same knee injury Thursday. Being downgraded could equate to a setback with the nagging knee injury. Also limited in the workout was Cameron Heyward with an elbow injury.
The Steelers injury situation heading into this game will become clearer after Friday's practice when the team has to provide their final injury report to the NFL. If McCullers and Shazier are going to participate in the game Sunday, a limited participation in practice Friday is normally required.

For the Rams, it looks as if they might be getting to add rookie RB Todd Gurley to their lineup for the first time in 2015.
Rams didn't practice today but released estimated practice report as if they had worked. It listed RB Todd Gurley (knee) as full participant

The addition of Gurley will add another wrinkle of excitement to the game between inter-conference teams looking to improve their records to 2-1.
