The St. Louis Rams could be getting RB Todd Gurley in their lineup Sunday when they face the Steelers, per a report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The story lines leading into the Week 3 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and St. Louis Rams have largely been centered around the Pittsburgh offense going against the stout Rams defense. However, reports today from NFL.com's Ian Rapoport are suggesting Rams' RB Todd Gurley will be making his regular season debut Sunday vs. the Steelers.

Per the report, Gurley is flying in family and friends to see the game, something which is doubtful if Gurley will be doing nothing but standing on the sidelines with a baseball cap on.

Gurley in the lineup certainly adds another wrinkle to an offense which could use play makers. Nick Foles could utilize Gurley in a multitude of ways in an attempt to keep the Steelers' defense honest to play both the run and the pass. Nonetheless, it is normal to wonder what kind of rust Gurley might be dealing with after sitting out several weeks, and nearly his entire 2014 season at Georgia with a knee injury.

The Steelers likely prepared for Gurley this week since the Rams released their initial injury report without Gurley even listed. Gurley would eventually be listed as questionable leading into the game, but if Rapoport's report is true, Gurley will be a player to watch for the first time in his young NFL career.
