Roethlisberger took a shot on left knee. Crumpled to ground. Not good for #Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers could have been dealt a crippling blow against the St. Louis Rams during the third quarter Sunday when starting quarterback Ben Roethlisberger injured his left leg. Roethlisberger's left knee was run into by a pass rusher on a pass play which caused the quarterback to go down in obvious pain.
Roethlisberger would leave the game and Michael Vick would take over under center for the starting quarterback. Roethlisberger would be taken out of the stadium on a cart, leaving the prognosis still very much in doubt. When Roethlisberger left the game, the Steelers were leading 9-3 over the Rams.
Be sure to stay tuned to BTSC for the latest on Ben Roethlisberger's injury, as well as everything surrounding the Steelers as they look to improve to 2-1 with Vick at quarterback, at least in the near future.
UPDATE: Roethlisberger's left leg injury has been announced and ruled OUT for the remainder of the game.
