The Pittsburgh Steelers already have advanced past the Miami Dolphins in the AFC Wild Card round of the playoffs, but now they’ve got to prepare to play a team that’s coming off a one-week break, playing in front of their home crowd.
That’s the challenge for the Steelers, as they travel to Arrowhead Stadium to play the No. 2-seed Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday in the AFC Divisional Round of the playoffs. This will be the second meeting between these two AFC powerhouses this season, the first meeting coming in Week 4 when the Steelers dominated the Chiefs 43-14 at Heinz Field on Sunday Night Football.
But revenge can be sweet, as the Steelers found out against the Dolphins last week. Their job this week, though, will be to prove their Week 4 victory wasn’t a fluke. If the Steelers truly are the better team, ending the Chiefs’ season will certainly make a statement, advancing them to the AFC Championship game for the first time since 2010 when they also advanced to Super Bowl 51.
There are a ton of storylines in this game, but be sure you have all the information possible before kickoff time. Check out the injury report, odds, announcers and more below:
