Steelers inactive list highlighted by Ladarius Green missing his fourth straight game

The Pittsburgh Steelers inactive list has been released, and Ladarius Green highlights the group of those not playing...again.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are preparing to play the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in the AFC Divisional round of the playoffs, in hopes of punching their ticket to play the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game next weekend.

In the meantime, the Steelers have put the finishing touches on their game day roster by releasing their inactive list for the big playoff game. For the fourth straight week, tight end Ladarius Green highlights the group not active on game day.

See the full list of Steelers inactives for the Kansas City game:

QB Zach Mettenberger (healthy scratch)
OT Brian Mihalik (healthy scratch)
OLB Anthony Chickillo (ankle)
TE Ladarius Green (concussion)
CB Al-Hajj Shabazz (healthy scratch)
RB Fitzgerald Toussaint (concussion)
DE Ricardo Mathews (ankle)

There are really no surprises on the inactive list for the Steelers, but Toussaint’s injury could mean the Steelers could see Justin Gilbert get his first taste of kickoff return duties since coming over to the team before the regular season.

The Steelers and Chiefs will kickoff at 8:20 p.m. ET, even though the start of the game was originally scheduled for 1 p.m. ET, but was moved due to inclement weather in the Kansas City area.
