The Pittsburgh Steelers are ready to square off against the Miami Dolphins for the second time this season, but this time in a win-or-go-home AFC Wild Card game at Heinz Field.

As both teams put their final touches on their game day rosters, the Steelers released their inactive list, which unfortunately is highlighted by tight end Ladarius Green. Green, who suffered a concussion in the Week 15 game against the Cincinnati Bengals, hasn’t returned to the field since the hit which caused him to enter the NFL’s concussion protocol.

Green was a full participant in practice both Wednesday and Thursday, and just when things looked as if he would return to action against Miami, Green missed Friday’s practice and Mike Tomlin stated he is still in the concussion protocol.

The team has to hold out hope they can beat Miami Sunday, and possibly get Green back on the field for the divisional round game in Kansas City.

However, Green wasn’t the only member of the Steelers to be listed inactive. See the full inactive list below:

OLB Anthony Chickillo (ankle)
DE Ricardo Mathews (ankle)
QB Zach Mettenberger (healthy scratch)
OT Brian Mihalik (healthy scratch)
TE Ladarius Green (concussion)
S Robert Golden (ankle)
CB Justin Gilbert (shoulder)

The Steelers and Dolphins game will begin at 1:05 p.m. ET, and the weather looks to frigid, as temperatures will struggle to climb into the 20s during the contest. Stay tuned to BTSC for the latest news and updates on the black and gold throughout the game.
