NFL Picks and Predictions: Predicting the winner of Steelers vs. Ravens Week 9

Who is going to leave M&T Bank Stadium victorious in Week 9? We give you our picks, but we want to know who you think will win!

Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports

The trend of mostly every contributor selecting the Pittsburgh Steelers each week has changed. While the majority of the choices are still the Steelers, Baltimore garnered some votes this week. Whether it be the uncertainty of a Ben Roethlisberger return, his record after rushing back, the team's fortunes of late in Charm City, the Ravens two hour and twenty minute team meeting or the fact that the defense is still struggling...the jury is still out.

Below are the BTSC Contributor predictions for Steelers-Ravens, Part 1.

Score

Brief Analysis:

Anthony Defeo

PIT 20-10

Steelers put distance between themselves and the rest of the AFC North.

Brett Foreman

PIT 31-21

Steelers start getting healthier and take out their frustrations on a bad Ravens team.

Brian Nuckols

PIT 9-5

A surprisingly exciting low scoring game ripe with turnovers, controversies, injuries, questionable coaching, unsportsmanlike conduct, and suspicious officiating.

Dan Sager

PIT 30-27

If Ben sits, Baltimore wins. Either way, look for Mike Wallace to go off.

Eric O’Connell

BAL 24-16

Baltimore is able to run on the Steelers and throw bombs to Mike Wallace. The Steelers offense stalls no matter who is in at QB.

Fear94

PIT 20-17

Steelers and Ravens have an old fashioned fight to the bitter end, the Steelers are down by 4 at the end of the 4th, Ben takes the team down the field for the game winning TD to Antonio Brown.

58Steel

PIT 25-19

Justin Gilbert’s kick return TD proves to be the difference as the Steelers put a halt to their losing streak vs the Ravens.

Flip Fisher

BAL 27-24

Steelers get rolling early but fade late on the road with Big Ben still sidelined.

Jeff Hartman

PIT 33-24

The Steelers get back on track. Think to the win over the Chiefs. Some late scoring for Baltimore makes it seem closer than it really was.

Mike Frazer

PIT 27-17

Close, but not as close as in recent years. The Steelers simply have more talent this year.

Robert Hitchcock

PIT 18-10

Another classic, defensive, low-scoring, AFC North matchup, as Big Ben puts up average numbers in his  first game back from surgery.

Zach Parnes

PIT 17-14

Ben returns in stunning fashion. Last second TD seals it for  Pittsburgh.

Bryan Davis

BAL 26-13

Facing a team with a losing record on the road=loss. First game back for Ben returning from injury=loss. Harbaugh holds a 2 hour-plus team-scream meeting=win...for them.
