The Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens are set to go head-to-head at M&T Bank Stadium in Week 9, and while both teams are not just preparing for the opposition, both are coming off a bye week and are getting relatively healthy at the right time. When teams get healthy, finding the 7 players who won’t be active on game day.
For the Steelers, the list of inactive players was highlighted by wide receiver Markus Wheaton. Wheaton, who has missed 4 of the team’s 7 games with a shoulder injury, is considered healthy, but still has to work his way back into the lineup.
UPDATE: The Steelers made a mistake on the initial inactive list. Justin Gilbert, not Marcus Gilbert, will be inactive. Meaning the Steelers offensive line will be intact for the first time since Week 3 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
