The final injury report for the Pittsburgh Steelers Week 11 game has been released, and as usual, there were no surprises on the report. However, although there weren’t many surprises doesn’t mean there won’t be significant players not suiting up this Sunday when the team travels to Cleveland to play the Browns.
The most significant absence will be with Cameron Heyward who was lost for the season with a pectoral injury, but other significant contributors to the team will also be watching rather than playing this Sunday.
Shamarko Thomas remains one of the team’s best special teams players, Darrius Heyward-Bey was promoted to the No. 2 wide receiver position before injuring his foot and Markus Wheaton was supposed to have a career year in a contract season for the talented receiver in his 4th season. Not to mention how DeAngelo Williams, who had his knee “cleaned out” two weeks ago, provides the team a quality bacup behind Le’Veon Bell.
Regardless, the team will be without all those players, and Xavier Grimble (quadriceps) and Jordan Dangerfield (groin) will likely be game-time decisions.
Take a look at the full, and final, injury report for both the Steelers and Browns below:
