If the injury report is a sign of things to come for the Pittsburgh Steelers, maybe the team is about to turn the proverbial corner and really put that 4-game skid in the rear view mirror.
The Steelers, who once were riddled with injuries to the point of having to place players on injured reserve just to have enough to fill out their active roster on game day. Well, a lot has changed since then, and the Steelers are now sporting a very thin injury report on short rest preparing for the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday Night Football, and on Thanksgiving night at that.
The only players who missed the Week 11 game against the Cleveland Browns who could possibly return on a short week are Xavier Grimble (quad) and Jordan Dangerfield (groin). In his weekly press conference, even Mike Tomlin made it very clear the chances for even these two players being ready to play with just four days or preparation are slim.
Nonetheless, the Steelers wrapped up their lone full practice Tuesday, and will have a walk-through Wednesday before leaving for Indianapolis to prepare for the Colts. Check out the full injury report below for both the Colts and Steelers.
