Pittsburgh Steeler Mount Rushmore: Fastest All-Time Steelers players

The Pittsburgh Steelers have had some fast players on their teams, but who is the fastest? We want to hear from you as to who you think were the fastest Steelers players who would find their way on the Steeler Mount Rushmore.

Jasen Vinlove-USA TODAY Sports

Once again, the time has come to select another Pittsburgh Steelers Mount Rushmore.

You know the concept, right?

The best four ever of a certain category. Like Ronald McDonald / the Burger King King / the new Colonel Sanders / Clara Peller (the old "Where's the Beef" lady from Wendy's) are the Mount Rushmore of creepy, fast-food mascots. Or as Nike / Adidas / Reebok / Converse are the pinnacle of old school sneakers.

So, we do it again for the yinzer sect.

Pittsburgh Steelers Mount Rushmore kicked off last week with the hardest hitters of all time. You submitted names in the comments section and the consensus was James Harrison, Jack Lambert, Ryan Clark and "Mean" Joe Greene. This was pretty tight though. Greg Lloyd, Donnie Shell and Mel Blount barely missed out. Hines Ward received a lot of votes too, which is impressive for an offensive player.

This week we have a need… a need for speed.

Darius Heyward-Bey has been clocked as the fastest Steeler on the current roster. Who does Steeler Nation think is the fastest Steelers of all-time? Let us know what you think in the comments section. Top four will be counted only. Feel free to mention your honorable mention, but they won't be counted.
