The last two weeks of Steeler contests have been easier to predict for the contributors at BTSC. This week when the 8-3 Giants roll into town, a tougher task is expected of our black and gold clad heroes. What do the guys at BTSC think is going to happen? Feast your eyes on this.

Score

Brief Analysis:

Anthony Defeo

PIT

Steelers improve to 7-5 after third straight win

Brett Foreman

PIT 31-27

Steelers win a close game with go ahead score in the waning moments of the 4th quarter.

Brian Nuckols

PIT 17-3

A surprisingly sloppy penalty riddled game is decided by a pair of 4th quarter scoring drives by the Steelers.

Dan Sager

PIT 30-27

Slight advantage to Steelers for homefield. Very slight.

Eric O’Connell

27-21 Giants

A NYG team that needs to win out to secure a wildcard spot brings some desperation that is too much for the Steelers to handle.

Fear94

PIT 26-24

The offense is clicking on all cylinders but failed 2 point conversions keep this game a nail biter until Eli throws an interception with 4 minutes left which the Steelers use to run out the clock and secure the win.

58Steel

PIT 23-19

Giants lack of a running game haunts them at Heinz Field. Steelers defense collects a couple of INT, including Artie Burns 1st TD.

Flip Fisher

PIT 38-35 OT

No defense allowed in a wild shootout.  While the offense fires on all cylinders, the defense is pummeled by OBJ and Shepherd.

Jeff Hartman

PIT 31-28

Call it a hunch, but the Steelers are on a roll. The defense creates yet another timely turnover which results in the team’s 7th win of the season, and third in a row.

Mike Frazer

PIT 27-17

The defense has a real test, and they come through. The offense still struggles a little, but Ladarius Green has a breakout game and Sammie Coates finally catches a ball again.

Robert Hitchcock

PIT 38-31

AB vs OBJ live up to every ounce of hype.

Bryan Davis

PIT 31-30

Without a potent running game to free up the passing game a la Dallas and Miami, the New York Football Giants barely fall short at Heinz Field. Lev Bell, in turn, is the difference in this contest.
