The Steelers have a bye in Week 12, and after that, they face division leaders - as of the end of Sunday - in four of their last five games. Sitting at 6-4 heading into this game, getting to 7-4 before facing New Orleans, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Kansas City and Cincinnati again will be critical if this team wants to reach the postseason for the first time since 2011.
Standing in the way of that are the hapless Tennessee Titans. Sitting at 2-7 on the year, the Steelers have been snakebitten against these kinds of teams in recent years. They blew a chance to own first place in the AFC North with a brutal loss to the Jets on the road.
That's the real challenge here for the Steelers; finding a way to play well on the road. They haven't done that recently. That in itself makes this an intriguing game.
