One game from starting at left tackle, Mike Adams will not dress against the Jets as the Steelers prepare to take on an old AFC East foe Sunday.
Steelers inactives: QB Jones, WR Wheaton, RB Redman, OLB Carter, C/G Wallace, T Adams, NT Fangupo
— Bob Labriola (@BobLabriola) October 13, 2013
Running back Isaac Redman will also be in sideline gear for the second week in a row.
Rookie wide receiver Markus Wheaton was listed as being out for this game early in the week. He broke a pinkie finger against the Vikings in Week 4, and had minor surgery during the bye week. That gives WR Derek Moye a spot in the game-day roster for the first time since Week 2.
Other than that, no surprises for the Steelers, who are looking for their first win of the 2013 season. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. from MetLife Stadium in East Ruthefrord, N.J.
